My Contributions to Esperanza include Reference Gathering and Visual Breakdowns for the various Architectural motifs for the Generic Kits, Prototype and Benchmark Planning, assisted in establishing Visual Quality and Technical Performance guidelines, setting up Blend Masks, Modeling and Placing Wear and Tear Decals, and Final Material Polish and helped maintain the overall Quality and Cohesiveness of much of the Esperanza city kits. I also helped in the planning of Material ID's and Texture Choices, built Mesh Derivations, and helped plan the UV2 Layout for Blend Masks.

I worked on many of the Kits with James Sullivan (Model Artist). It was always a pleasure working with James, he is extremely talented, intuitive, and a great collaborator! Additional Modeling in Esperanza from many of the other Super Talented Object Bank Model Artists: Theo Mills, Nikita Hrushevskyi, Mark Tomé, Matt Kang and more! I couldn't have worked with a better team!

Another Primary responsibility I had was Testing, suggesting new Features, Planning, and Implementation of a Material Variation tool that would be used to apply Color-Palettes across entire Sections of Esperanza very quickly. This involved setting up Databases of most of the Materials within Esperanza to work with the Various Color Palettes, Styles, and Levels of Wear across the City. This tool would also be used throughout most of the world of Far Cry 6 to add Variation to Wear and Tear, UV Placement, Hue, Brightness, and Smoothness.

I worked very closely with Kevin Therrien Coutu (Programmer) and Zsolt Bakonyi (Technical Director) to prototype and realize the Material Variation Tool and its implementation. Thanks again to Zsolt Bakonyi, for providing guidance, direction, and expertise. Big thanks to Guillaume Gervais (Programmer) for Feature and Tool Debugging Support! Thanks to Kos Myranov (Team Lead Technical Artist) and his Team for making Esperanza function at a high level of quality, and delivering the Procedural Sidewalks and Malecons required to make the city work.
